Does the planet need saving, and does it need you to suffer in order to do it?
Can you take positive action if you don’t believe your judgements about endangered species, pollution, climate change or the loss of nature?
Is it wrong to even question these beliefs?
I lived for many years in the world as an environmental activist, running grassroots campaigns, working with business on environmental programs, volunteering on greening projects with my children’s school, and running for political office in my home city of Toronto. My commitment to the planet, along with my suffering over it, began when I was just a child.
Now I see that if my internal environment is polluted, it is impossible for me to act with clarity on the outside.
I offer this intensive workshop to you if you still feel grief bubbling under the surface when you consider the state of the earth.
I offer it to you if you still feel anger towards any person, company or government who treats the environment with something that looks like disrespect.
Most of all, I offer it to you if you find yourself in fear over the future of you and future generations.
I offer you a supportive environment and the chance to find the environmental beliefs that are interfering with your full appreciation of the beauty of this world.
If you are able to come in person, we will work in a natural setting, outdoors as much as possible weather permitting, on the shores of Georgian Bay in Ontario, Canada.
I also offer a lower cost, travel-optional option if that is your preference.

“Sarah’s facilitation services came highly recommended to me, so I reached out to her for support with a transition I was going through, including dealing with relationships/friendships. I found our sessions HIGHLY valuable – not only did I learn to question the stories I was telling myself, but I noticed a tangible impact on the relationships in my life” – Matt G, Michigan
