Working with me allows you to turn problems into possibilities. It allows you to dissolve the stress that you carry around in your mind and your body. And it can help you to improve life not only for yourself but for all those around you.
What I do with you is not therapy. I do not provide advice or solutions, and I believe you are the greatest expert on your own life. What I provide is the listening ear and gentle questioning that allows you to find the insights you have within you. I help you find the way forward that you haven’t been able to see because of the stressful cloud you’ve been under.
If you are considering working with me, I can promise you one thing. After your first session, you will know whether our work together is right for you. There is no need for multiple sessions to uncover the past, or dig through every aspect of your life. You won’t need to wait for weeks or months to see if our time together is helping improve your life. While certainly your experience with working through feelings of stress from your life will progress the longer we work together, you will know right away whether my practice can enhance your life.
I want you to work with me because I sincerely believe you will feel better about yourself and your life as a result of our sessions. And when you feel better you will be able to both contribute and enjoy so much more in your relationships, your career, and your community.
Doing The Work has given me the kind of freedom and lightness I thought was impossible. Frequently Asked Questions
You don’t need experience of The Work to be able to work with me. You can book a 15 minute discovery call where I’ll briefly explain the process, or a one hour session where you can try out the method in real time to see if it resonates with you. I also recommend reading Loving What Is by Byron Katie for a wonderful introduction to this profound method of self inquiry.
If you are just starting out, I recommend booking one session first to make sure the approach is right for you. After that, I recommend booking at least three sessions, preferably every week or every two weeks, to get the maximum benefit and deepen your understanding of the approach. After that, you can book as many or as few sessions as you like. I offer discounts for bookings of 4 sessions or more.
Until recently, there was a process to become an officially certified facilitator of The Work. In August 2024, Byron Katie decided that this process, and the Institute that oversaw it, was no longer needed, and the Institute was officially ended. I was in the process of certifying when the Institute dissolved, and am continuing with my own self certification process. I believe my years of experience with The Work, and my communications experience through my past professional and personal background, allow me to provide high quality support. If you are new to The Work or have not worked with me before, I offer a free 15 minute discovery call. Once you are ready to try a session, I offer a single introductory session of one hour for $50. After that, my sessions are $80 per hour or $120 per 90 minutes. I offer discounts if you book 4 or more sessions in advance. Please contact me for details.
I offer in person sessions for clients able to travel to my home clinic in Toronto’s St. Clair West neighbourhood, and Zoom sessions for those who prefer online or live farther away.
